I started training with Susan a month ago and I can honestly say her dedication to train makes you want to want this for yourself as well. She’s always encouraging and positive even when it gets hard. She challenges me to be stronger than I thought I was, mentally and physically. Susan has me sore in muscles I never knew I had before! She motivates me to eat healthier; provides grocery lists and meals you can eat while working out to see better progress. It’s only been a month training with Susan and I feel better and I see changes occurring in my body. I highly recommend her training.

Susie has been an amazing trainer. She made me a customized work out plan that was easy to follow. She is consistent with her client follow ups. She helps you find the joy in celebrating small victories as well as the big ones. I would definitely recommend working with her if you’re just beginning your fitness journey.

Working with Susie was amazing. The workouts are intense but helpful at the same time. You can tell she really cares about personal fitness and believes there’s more to health than just losing weight. She wants you to feel like your best self and is patient and dedicated to getting you there. She was also always readily available if I had questions on a specific workout or did not understand something. She puts a lot of hard work into these training programs and it shows. I’d recommend ANYONE with ANY fitness needs to work with her. She’s really about this stuff.

I reached out to Susan last year in 2019 when I wanted to attain a certain goal for fitness. My goal was gaining and muscle maintaining and eventually, I wanted to be able to work out on my own without a trainer. Usually when you tell other trainers this, they never have programs that help you directly with this goal,(maybe half way but not fully) it's because they tend to have a fixed program for weight loss. However, with Susan she was able to listen to my concerns and already knew the exercises and equipment I would need to reach my goals. She was tough, but she always made sure to cheer you on so you can continue to push forward! Another thing I enjoy about her programs is that she checks in on you once or twice a week (without sessions) just to make sure that I am staying on my goals and eating the proper meals to maintain my goals. It was nice and reassuring! Susan was my trainer for 5 months and then I continued with another trainer that also has a Similar outlook at my closer gym. With the pandemic of all time 2020, I lost a lot of motivation, but I remembered what Susan told me. " Life is hard but in order to achieve your dreams and goals, you have to work harder to reap the benefits of the seeds you sew". "Sitting around wishing will do nothing for you, only action will". Now I'm working out again solo, and using everything I learned from her and my other trainer so I can finally have the health and body that I have always wanted! She kick started my way to working out and I'm soo happy she did!

Working with Susan was so much more beneficial than I ever imagined! The workout plan she provided was easy to follow and FUN. It challenged me in ways and it let me learn a ton about the gym and my body! Susan helped me gain my confidence back and helped me fall in love with working out/eating clean. I normally don’t do reviews but this program established my health journey foundation. I used to watch Susie on IG and save all the videos but to have the regimen in hand has been life changing.
Now I go to the gym with a purpose. I am no longer standing there confused because I know WHAT TO DO. The breakdown and the different types of workouts are fabulous. I’m no longer bored; I get excited to go to the gym even when I’m in pain. I've found new workouts that I enjoy, I hated the elliptical now it’s my favorite.
And Susie is ALWAYS there. Not even just for questions but she is there for you EMOTIONALLY. Always checking in and making sure that YOU are okay. Like I said I normally don’t do reviews but EVERYONE SHOULD GET ON THIS WAGON *even though I want her to myself*!

When I first started with Susan, it had been years since I had really taken my physical health serious. Although I joined to get skinnier, Susan helped me realize the importance of strength building and working towards being healthy rather than skinny. Susan's encouragement and positive attitude helped me get into a groove and I still continue to use her workouts now! She is a wonderful person and I would highly recommend her!

If you're a beginner, you're in no better hands! Susan worked with me to create a fitness plan that I could follow and allowed me to push myself. Our in-person trainings were not only fun, but I started to notice a difference in my body immediately because she kicked my butt! Can't wait to get started with her again! Highly recommend her!

Susan is a kind, talented, and motivational personal trainer. Regardless of where you are at with fitness, she will dedicate the time to develop a fitness plan that will push you to meet your goals. Before I had Susan as a personal trainer, I was 20 pounds underweight due to various life stressors and the consequent struggles to maintaining proper eating habits and a healthy diet. With Susan’s help I was able to restructure my daily caloric intake as well as find different ways to exercise to get my body healthy again and in shape. With her encouragement I also discovered a new form of exercising that I truly enjoyed and could easily make the time for in my busy schedule.

I started training with Susan back in 2019, we actually got to know each other from a mutual friend and I had been following her personal fitness journey. I was especially interested when I would see her train others and I thought to myself, that maybe it’s a time for a change for myself. After a couple times of being scared to message her on Facebook, I saw her post about her looking for new clients and I jumped at my chance and have been working hard at this new adventure ahead of me. I will say the first couple of sessions weren’t easy..hell it’s still hard even now! But Susan was there every step encouraging me to keep going and that I got this! She always checks up on me even when we weren’t training, giving me tips on living a healthy lifestyle and seeing how I was doing. She is always flexible when scheduling sessions with me too! The road was definitely bumpy on my part for me but with her support I’ve definitely found a love for this now and the lightbulb finally lit up in my mind on why it’s important to have such a great support system when going through a healthy journey. She has honestly made this journey so much easier and I am so happy to have her on my side!
